First of all the teacher is annoying, and 100% of the time you have no idea what she's talking about. Secondly over 50% of the products we cook with is either expired or looks gross. Thirdly the cooking environment is dirty as shit, enough said. I swear the air inside that classroom like a cross between shit and mold. I'm so not looking forward to tomorrow's foods class other than cooking. But FML Foods Module is due tomorrow also =(.
